Roxana's relationship with advertising became official as soon as she graduated from ADC Romania's Creative School. After winning the local Cannes Young Lion competition in 2012, she was later selected in 2015 as one of the top two Romanian creatives to represent Romania at ADC Europe's Creative Express program in Finland and she's also a graduate of Eurobest's Young Digital Academy.

In 2020-2022, she was the only Eastern European female creative to join the prestigious Cannes Lions See It Be It program, along with other 14 upcoming female leaders from around the world. In 2021, she was selected as one of the 37 creatives from around the world to join Google's Rare Leadership Academy, a program aimed at underrepresented categories.

Currently Executive Creative Director at DDB, she has worked as a creative for over 10 years in agencies both small and big, including Cheil, MRM//McCann and Publicis and has a strong background in digital.

Her work has been awarded at both Cannes Lions and its sidekick Cannes Film Festival, LIA Awards, D&AD, Golden Drum, Eurobest, FIBRA Awards, Internetics, IAB Mixx Awards and other local award festivals.

Outside the office she has a thing for superheroes and minimalist design and she never talks about herself in 3rd person.
